Glenwood Canyon

Because 2020 just isn’t quite 2020 enough, apparently there are still guys sitting on I-40 in Amarillo after a recent snowstorm. Therefore, we decided to take I-70 down to Arizona.

The Grizzly Creek Fire rolled through the Glenwood Springs area back in mid-August, so I was interested to see how bad the burn was. From what I’d heard, it was a pretty fast moving fire, so while there was for sure evidence of it, it didn’t look as damaging as I thought it might’ve been-at least not in the parts we saw from the road.
