Stairs

Introducing my love/arch nemesis….the Verrado Stairs.

They look better from the top than they do the bottom. 😕

I try to do them once or twice per week (it’s kindof a drive), and when I get a break from being Ma (thanks mom!) I’ll cruise out there and really run them as hard as I can. My legs have SO MANY QUESTIONS for a couple of days afterwards, but I swear it’s the best workout you can get in 20 minutes.

We see these awesome lizards pretty often

340 steps, apparently.

The views are nice though!
