Applegate Trail
One of the biggest challenges out here is finding a place to exercise ourselves. We have been heartbreakingly close to really cool trailheads dozens of times, only to be stopped by private property, incorrect information, or of course, the obvious...nowhere even within a couple miles nearby to park a big rig.
Having to pass up so many awesome places breaks my heart....so I was surprised and cautiously optimistic to find this rest area/national park complete with a riverside trail in Medford, Oregon along our route the other day-AND we even had some time to check it out.
Iām happy to report that everything lined up and it was awesome and beautiful and felt SO good to get some sun on our faces!
