Green River, UT

Not going to lie, friends. We normally wake up to undynamic, industrial landscapes each morning. Factories, warehouses, idling trucks, rigs waiting to back into docks, and, on more than one occasion, someone fully mooning us while adjusting tandems or re-securing a load. *shrug* It happens.

HOWEVER....I was surprised and thrilled recently to find I had been transported HERE overnight. 😳

😳

My codriver wasn’t really planning on stopping here, but it kindof just worked out that way...and turned out to be a pretty sweet change of plans.

Kiddo & I got bundled up (it was about 45°), I made some coffee, and we went on the prettiest, most unexpected adventure!

There was a trail next to the parking area that led up a hill....and the views were AAAAWESOME!

We were the only people in the parking lot, but by the time we got to the top a couple others had pulled in.

“Black Dragon Rock”, according to some road signs.

Best morning ever, guys. 😊

Cheers & thanks for reading as always, y’all!
