It’s COLD outside.
So guys, I’m a Montana native and vaguely remember some BITTER cold winters we had when I was a kid, but this might be a new record for me.
We are heading east, and caught up with the northern part of the big storm the other evening, but my drive during the day was actually pretty decent. Sunny, good visibility, clear dry roads.....but significantly below 0 all day.
We also spent an appreciable amount of time today knocking super heavy, wet snow off of the entire underside of our rig. Rumor is guys have been heavy when pulled into scales due to snow accumulation like this & it’s easy to believe. There’s just so much surface area!
And with that, we are back on the move. Looks like tomorrow is a decent weather day in NY so we are hoping to get in & get out before storm #2 hits. Send expedient thoughts, y’all. ♥️
