Rainy North Carolina

We had a slower paced load than what we’re used to the past day or two, with multiple deliveries all over North Carolina but big gaps between them. Since we are still working on new-truck projects, it was nice to have some time, and we finally got the opportunity today to let kiddo run around and practice his frisbee skills at a beautiful rest area.

This moss was the deepest, GREENEST green, & all the colors seemed really beautiful, in spite of it obviously being the middle of winter. 😊

This reminded me of a tiny little pine tree I used to water and love on when I was a kid growing up on our 15 acres in the mountains. ♥️

Then we got wet & cold & hopped back on the truck, snoodled up with a blanket & watched The Good Dinosaur until our evening delivery.
