Summer retreat

Last month I went to a very cool retreat I found out about from the community college. It was a 5-day long workshop at a local ranch for women veterans interested in writing. I literally went because they promised me I could ride horses, but I came away with so much more. It was a great experience in such a beautiful location, and I made some connections I think I'll have for a long time.Huge thanks to THE BEST partner-in-crime for watching Ro, driving back & forth literally every night so I could breastfeed, and just being generally totally awesome & making it all happen for me. 💙
